Q: I received a notice of Termination of Benefits for my daughter and she is still a student, what should I do?
A:
Please call the Funds Office for a Student Verification Form. Dependents are covered until the age of 19, and if still a full time student, until the age of 23, provided that a Student Verification Form is completed by the school for every semester they are enrolled as a full time student after their 19th birthday.
