			Funds Update (February 2009) (02/01/09) February, 2009 Dear Participant: Due to the unsettled economy, adverse fluctuations and decrease in value of our investments in the stock market, the Trustee's and Executive Director have begun a series of meetings with our professionals and consultants. These meetings consist of reviewing our plan designs in the Pension, Welfare, Annuity Funds in order to adjust to current and reasonably forecast market conditions.
